Abstract
Three Xavier faculty members, Drs. Robin Runia, Mark Gstohl and Michael Homan participated in this Brown bag discussion on developing interdisciplinary courses. They talked about their experience in creating these courses and incorporating the ideas of Xavier's mission and history. The goal is to develop the students' capability to synthesize problems from a multidisciplinary perspective and improve their critical thinking skills.
